Winter Wine and Dine – PRS

Our annual three-course extravaganza dinner at our Prosser Tasting room is always a treat. Join us, Rob and Brenda Mercer, winemaker Jeremy Santo, while we feast on delicious food and wine. Dinner prepared by the amazing staff at Fat Olives. Wines featured: our very special “allocated” wines – 2015 Robert Willis Malbec, 2015 Cavalie 7 Reserve Cabernet and 2015 Eagle and Plow Reserve Cabernet.
Canapes of baba ganoush with a tarragon oil
Salmon gravlax with a caper berry relish
Wine- 2017 Grenache Rose – new release, one night only (will be officially released in May to Carma Club)
Northern white bean and spinach salad, cucumber, roma tomatoes, sundried tomato vinaigrette, fresh mozzarella, shaved shallots
Wine- 2015 Reserve Chardonnay
Ras el hanout spiced lamb loin, pork and currant meatball, sweet potato puree, toasted pine nuts
Wine – 2015 Robert Willis Malbec
Roasted beef tenderloin, marinated in balsamic vinegar, Dijon, rosemary, and juniper berries, baby fondant potatoes, wilted arugula
Wine- 2015 Cavalie 7
Chocolate torte, dark chocolate whipped cream scented with chamomile, hazelnut brittle
Wine – 2015 Eagle & Plow
