Every year we try to delve into a different aspect of grape growing and wine making. Over the years we’ve harvested in our Carma Block, collected and run grape samples, and last year we conducted a blending competition to determine the new vintage of Ode to Brothers.
This year–we’re reviewing vintages!
Join us for a vertical dinner. We’ll sample 4 consecutive years of a wine we think that’s aging really well–Riesling! Riesling ages beautiful, might be the perfect wine for food. We’ll take a culinary adventure around the world, pairing Riesling with European and Asian dishes. We worked on this menu with the great team at Fat Olives.
Our wine maker, Jessica Munnell and enologist, Ashley Stephens, will lead you through a tasting of these wines and talk about the growing year and wine making.
These library wines will be available for purchase this evening only, very limited amount available for sale.
